Ring in the New Year with our annual New Year’s Day Gong Bath: an immersive, meditative sound experience led by gong master Caryn Sheckler. Participants lie down or sit while harmonious sound waves wash over them to reduce stress, lower brain activity, and promote deep relaxation.

This gong and gong bath workshop will include Celestial Communications, a style of seated movement that helps bring on a state of relaxation.

A pathway to easily explore the benefits of meditation. Gongs and gong baths offer a super easy way to slow down brain activity and thoughts, lowering stress levels almost instantly. In this workshop, we will discuss how different brain waves create different thought patterns and how sound can create overall harmony in our bodies.

The workshop will include Celestial Communications, a style of seated movement that helps bring on a state of relaxation. The gongs' vibrations will wash over you, leading you into a state of profound relaxation and healing. After the gong bath, participants will have an opportunity to ask questions and a chance to experience playing the gongs themselves. Profound breakthroughs can occur during a gong bath, so you may want to bring a journal to make notes at the end of this event.

Gong Master Caryn Sheckler has been playing gongs for about 10 years. She has studied with internationally renowned Gong Masters Don Conreaux and Mike Tamboro. Caryn is an internationally trained Level 2 Kundalini Yoga Instructor with 20 years of experience and teaches senior fitness and chair yoga.
